Responsible Gambling at Ignition Casino

Gambling is meant to be entertainment. When it stops being entertainment, the only good response is to slow it down or stop. Ignition Casino gives every player a set of in-account tools to do exactly that — and this page explains, in plain language, what each tool does, how to switch it on, and where to find help that costs nothing and stays confidential.

The Tools You Have in Your Account

Deposit limit. Cap the dollar amount you can deposit per day, per week or per month. Lower the cap and it takes effect within an hour. Raise it and you wait 24 hours — that cooling-off period is deliberate.

Loss limit. Cap how much you can lose over a defined window, separate from how much you deposit. Useful if you tend to redeposit the same dollar more than once.

Session limit. Set a maximum length for a single login session — 30 minutes, an hour, two hours. When you hit it, the lobby logs you out and you have to sign back in to play.

Reality check. A pop-up at a chosen interval — every 15, 30 or 60 minutes — that shows how long you've played and your net result for the session. It's the cheapest, most effective tool here for most players.

Time-out. Lock yourself out for 24 hours, a week or 30 days. The account survives, the bonuses pause, and you cannot reverse the time-out early.

Self-exclusion. A longer block — 6 months, 1 year, 5 years or permanent. Your account is closed for gameplay, any open bonuses are voided, and we will not market to you during the exclusion. You cannot reopen the account before the period ends.

How to Switch a Tool On

Log in and go to Account → Responsible Gambling. Pick a tool, choose a value, confirm. Tightening a limit takes effect immediately; loosening waits 24 hours. You can change limits as often as you want. None of these tools attract a fee, and none of them affect your eligibility for KYC or withdrawals.

If You Need Real Help, Use These

The tools above manage gameplay. They don't replace counseling. For confidential, free help, the resources below are run by US-based and international bodies, not by us, and they don't share your details with operators.

Family and Friends

If you're worried about someone else's play, you cannot self-exclude them from Ignition — only the account holder can. You can, however, ask 1-800-GAMBLER or Gam-Anon for guidance on how to talk to a relative about it, and you can block our domain at the network level using parental-control tools or a Pi-hole.

Players Under 18

Ignition is strictly for adults aged 18 and older. We use age verification at sign-up and again at first withdrawal, and we void any winnings on accounts that turn out to belong to a minor. If you suspect a minor is using a household account, contact support — we will close the account and refund the deposit balance to the original payment method.
