Ignition on Mobile

We deliver the full product in your phone's browser. There is no native app to install, no app-store update cycle, and nothing sitting in your phone settings. Our lobby reflows for portrait, our cashier is mobile-first, and our poker client tilts to a vertical layout when you turn the phone. The rest of this page covers what to expect from each game type on the go.

Why We Run Browser-First

Ignition mobile lobby on iPhone Safari

The App Store and Google Play do not allow real-money casinos that are not state-licensed in the United States, and we went browser-first to skip that gate. You get instant access, no download, automatic updates, and nothing to delete from your phone if you stop playing. The trade-offs are real too. There are no push notifications, biometric login is not native, and you will want to bookmark the site or save it to your home screen so you do not hunt for the URL each time.

iPhone Safari loads our lobby in 1.5 to 2 seconds on Wi-Fi and the cashier in another second. Android Chrome times match. The lobby remembers your last 6 games, so coming back to a slot you were enjoying is one tap away. Tap Add to Home Screen and the bookmark behaves a lot like an app icon, which is about as close to an install as we go.

What Runs Best on Mobile

Slots are forgiving. They render well on any phone made in the last five years, animations stay smooth, and the bet panel does not crowd the reels. Table games (blackjack, video poker, baccarat) behave the same. Our poker client is a stripped-back version of the desktop one, with Zone Poker and 9-max sit-and-go's holding up under load, and you can multi-table 2 to 3 cash games on a 6.7-inch screen if you are patient.

Live Dealer on 4G: Plan for the Data

Our live dealer streams burn about 1.2 MB of mobile data per minute at the lowest quality. 2.5 MB on the default. An hour of live blackjack on cellular eats 90 to 150 MB. On patchy 4G, which covers most commuter rail and anywhere outside a city center, the stream will downgrade or drop. Our reconnect logic seats you back at the table in time for your next bet, but a hand in between can go missing. Playing live on the go? Wi-Fi is the call, or you accept that an occasional disconnect will cost a bet.

What Mobile Play Costs Your Battery

Slot play on an iPhone 14 draws 8 to 10% battery an hour. Live dealer pulls 18 to 22% over the same hour, or more on Android phones with bright OLED screens. Evening session and you still need the phone tomorrow? Plug in. The drain is not unique to us. It is how live video streaming behaves on any phone. Few operators warn you about it, and a dead phone mid-session is the worst time to lose your seat.

What Is Different from Desktop

The mobile poker multi-tabling cap is lower than desktop. You cannot run the lobby and the cashier in two windows at once. A few of our progressive-jackpot widgets do not animate the on-screen counter even when the prize is ticking up. The live-dealer chat panel can cover the bet boxes if you tap the wrong icon. None of these break the experience. They are the trade we accept for running in a browser instead of a store app.
