The Standard Sign-In

Turn On Two-Factor

Once you are in, head to Account Settings, then Security, then Two-Step Verification, and pair an authenticator app. Google Authenticator, Authy and 1Password all work with us. From your next login you add a 6-digit code after your password. Setup takes about 90 seconds. It stops the majority of casual account-takeover attempts.

We do not offer SMS-based 2FA on purpose. SIM-swap attacks make SMS the weakest factor for a money account, and we will not expose you to it.

Password Reset

Forgot the password? Click Forgot Password under the login fields and enter your registered email. The reset link stays live for 30 minutes. If it expires, request another one. Pick a passphrase you use nowhere else. Reusing the same password across casinos is the single most common reason accounts get compromised.

If You Are Locked Out

Five failed attempts and the account locks for security. Email us from the address tied to the account and have these ready: your username, the last 4 digits of any card on file, the rough date of your last successful deposit, and a current photo ID if KYC was already completed. We unlock most accounts the same business day. Weekends can stretch to 48 hours.
